    DESCRIPTION
    Your perfect beach escape awaits in South Mission Beach! Nestled between the beach and bay, this stunning home offers unbeatable convenience being a short stroll from the lively Mission Beach boardwalk.

    Enjoy elevated views of Mission Beach from the home's second and third levels. The upper floor features a stylish living area with a modern kitchen, cozy sectional, electric fireplace and a spacious outdoor patio. The deck, complete with a grill, is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails in the ocean breeze.

    The well-equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a breakfast bar and a warm dining nook. All bedrooms are on the second level, including a primary suite with a king bed, private balcony, luxury bathroom, and a small additional bedroom within the walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third offers a queen, both sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

    Mission Beach boardwalk, a quick two minute walk, offers endless opportunities for surfing, swimming or simply relaxing by the ocean. Nearby attractions include Belmont Park, bike rentals, water sports, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.

This house is such a wonderful place to stay in. It's literally steps away from the ocean, the bay and just a few min walk to Belmont park. The primary bathroom shower is amazing. Not only it's spacious, but it also has body jets. The kitchen is well equipped with a convienient window that opens up right next to the BBQ so you can hand things back and forth. We had a wonderful stay at this charming house and we hope you will as well.

House was as advertised. Host answered questions right away. A short walk and your on the beach, tub was nice after cold water at the beach. Roller coaster right down the street. The best places to see is Balboa park, Sunset Beach, and Coronado Island. Watching people with gliders was great too

Very relaxing!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Room for all of the kids, short walk to the beach, and all of the amenities to make for a relaxing trip! Highly recommend!

We booked this very last minute. While comparing a couple of different places I goofed and accidentally booked the wrong one. The management company was extremely responsive (on a Saturday afternoon) and understanding and fully refunded us. Then I booked this one and ... same management company! We headed down the next day and saw we're be arriving about 30 minutes early. Another call to the company and they kindly let us go ahead and check in early. With three little kids that makes a big difference.The unit itself is gorgeous and the layout was fantastic for us. Three bedrooms all on the second floor (the floor you enter on) and then the living space and porch on the third floor. You do have to go up a flight of stairs in front of the building to get to the front door which I don't think we realized from the listing, and there is no direct access from the garage so you have to walk around the corner of the building. No big deal but worth noting.It was fully appointed with everything you'd need. Only thing we didn't expect is the air traffic noise. You're right under the flight path so expect flights about every 15 min until roughly midnight. Didn't particularly bother us and we'd stay again no problem. 150 steps from the sand. Plenty of convenient markets and restaurants. Right next to Belmont Park. Surprisingly quiet and uncrowded even in peak season. We stay in Mission bay regularly and this is definitely one of our favorite rentals. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our family

We love this spot. It’s plenty of room for our family of 5 and close to everything and yet far enough away to escape the crazy busy Belmont park area.

Family friendly, great location!

Location, location, location! Wow, great property, well equipped, excellent communication with property manager. One block from the beach, a small market, restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Close to boardwalk, amusement park, restaurants. Great patio off the kitchen/living room. We would definitely stay again!

Great space

Nice open kitchen and living room. Large master bedroom and bathroom. Convenient location- right off the main road and close proximity to the beach. Overall good stay!

Solid!

We showed up and the place looked even better in real life than the already amazing pictures. Would recommend this for a family or a group. Owners were a breeze to deal with and accommodated our early check in.
