Also including a futon for extra living or sleeping space. The natural light in the unit is astonishing. The highlight of your unit is the patio. We welcome you to relax and lounge to a beautiful sunset or have your morning breakfast and coffee on the patio table.



The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth Avenue in San Diego. Right across Sixth Avenue is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

San Diego Zoo,

San Diego International Airport

Seaport Village,

Little Italy,

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.
