Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a cozy living space, beautiful king bed, and a well-appointed kitchen.

Although we are unable to offer parking, there is an affordable overnight lot close by. Whether spots are available depends on demand. We know of multiple lots in the area and are happy to provide recommendations upon booking.

Walk Score is a 93/100. Gaslamp and Petco Park are very close by! We recommend walking or using Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE:

- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover, it may be delayed up to 6 pm. Please check with us after booking to confirm your check-in time.
- Parking is not included.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Access requires guests to use stairs.
- We do not offer cable at this property.
- Pack n' play available upon request > Guest must request it prior to arrival day to check for availability!
- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction. Great place, fair location

The place itself is wonderful. Just what you want. Parking however is extra (we spent $25 per day, cheapest we could get). Good little organic grocery a few blocks down. Thanks to the hosts, best communication possible.

The location was within walking distance to many good restaurants and stores. For us, it was an easy walk to Petco Park. We were in town to see PiNK. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Slightly disappointed

Spent sometime reading over and over looking for a code that I didn’t have at check in. Was told I didn’t provide a phone number. I’m pretty sure my number is registered with the app. Property managers were prompt with providing it, after I reached out. The area is surrounded by homeless. People and hunched over addicts. I know this is downtown. I would say it was more than I expected. Tents and yard sales were very Close by. The pull out couch was not usable. The leg was broken and it was really dirty underneath it. And the bed had blood stains on the sheets. The place was clean otherwise. There were no blankets for the couch bed. Luckily we brought a couple throw blankets. Close walking distance to many things.

As described, needs a little more TLC

The property was as described in the listing. Upon arrival, we found spiderwebs hanging, grease on the microwave handle, hair (not ours) embedded in our towels, hair all over the bathroom floor, a broken toilet handle, and holes in the sheets. When letting the owner know about this, the response I received was “we’ll look into it.” Disappointed to say the least. There is parking nearby, which was accessible, the street area is very loud and you can hear everything through the walls (conversations, trucks, rolling trash bins). An FYI for those who choose this location.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here, the room was very clean, everything looked brand new and well kept. The hosts Sam, Jay, and Kat were awesome, they provided us with steps on how to enter the building. the itinerary they provided a few days before was very detailed and had pictures for reference! There was lots of parking walking distance from there which was great. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Sam, Jay, and Kat!
