Mission Beach è speciale con la sua vicinanza sia all'oceano che alla baia. Questa Beach House recentemente ristrutturata e ristrutturata si trova a soli 55 passi dalla deliziosa e tranquilla Baia di Santa Barbara, una sezione occidentale di 4000 acri Mission Bay Park. Entrambi i bagni sono fuori dal corridoio e hanno una cabina doccia con una porta a vetri e un lavandino singolo. e servizi igienici.

TV via cavo con canali premium, Internet via cavo ad alta velocità e servizio telefonico illimitato a livello nazionale e in Canada. C'è un'unità CA portatile per il giorno o la notte occasionali caldi. C'è spazio per una o due macchine grandi parcheggiate in tandem accanto all'edificio. Il cortile recintato è un bel posto per rilassarsi sulle sedie a sdraio o barbecue per la cena.

Questa posizione è difficile da battere, a soli 55 passi dalla baia e meno di 2 isolati dall'oceano. Si trova a 15 minuti da SeaWorld, il bellissimo Balboa Park con tutti i suoi musei e il famoso zoo di San Diego, il centro di GasLamp District che vanta una favolosa varietà di ristoranti e negozi, l'area di Embarcadero con i suoi musei galleggianti, osservazione delle balene gite, crociere con cena. e traghetto per l'isola di Coronado, e molto altro ancora! Oppure puoi semplicemente rilassarti sulla spiaggia, fare una passeggiata o prendere le bici da spiaggia per un giro lungo le miglia e miglia di passerella lungo l'oceano e la baia. Great stay, great location

Check in was seamless, parking was tight for a Jeep gladiator and a Chevy traverse but worked. Kitchen was stocked well & the gas grill was good size for tri tip and brats. Short walk to Belmont Park, bay and beach. Good WiFi and TVs

Super cute/clean and convenient stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the beach, the cove and Belmont Park area. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors are so nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Great Place

We stayed the beginning of April. The weather was perfect and this charming little house. I love the 2 tables they have in there. I highly recommend this house. Easy walking to beach,bay, and Belmont Park. I would rent here again.

Great location!

Loved coming here with our two young kids for a staycation. Could not beat the location - walkable to so many things. It also wasn’t too loud or noisy, it felt quiet and secluded. The place was nice and clean, stocked well. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

Great location

This is a great location! The issue was that it was listed for 6 people and the pull out couch had blankets but no sheets for it. The mattress was dirty. The comforter in one of rooms was torn and dirty. Not enough bath towels. This is managed by a property management company so a bit disappointing.

Good but Upsetting

The vacation rental is great spot, perfect location to mission bay/beach, right across from Belmont fun and plenty of restaurants to eat at. The house could use some updating but other thatn that the rental was great. Our only complaint would be we were only told there were renovations in the unit above us the day we were already driving in. The renovations took place everyday, some starting at 7am and lasting until6pm and to a family vacationing and spending the money you have to to stay it was very upsetting. We should have been told well in advance to make other arrangements because we work while on vacation, people sleep and the loudness was just annoying. We completely understood renovations have to happen but renters need notice, not an hour before we arrive.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Unfortunately we would not stay in this place again. For a number a reasons. At first Nacy’s Vacation rentals seemed super friendly and accommodating when we first were looking to book. Days before our arrival they informed us that construction would be going on homes next door. Then it was construction above our unit. (Had we known construction was going to be happening above our unit the entire stay we would have absolutely picked a different place for our vacation. They let us know with no time to change our trip. No accommodations were given to make up for the construction. In fact we were emailing with a supervisor who asked if we wanted to come in the day before for a 10% difference and as we’re emailing back and forth with her she decides to stop responding so that the extra day wasn’t even available to us. The amount of times I tried calling the office with no one to answer or I’d get “I’ll check on that and call you back” and would never get a call back was very disappointing. The home itself is basic. There is no a/c other than in the living room (which we knew from other reviews) but noticed there were fans in the bedrooms. The fans were so disgustingly filthy I wouldn’t even turn them on. The second bathroom had a horrible rotten egg smell coming from the drains to where we couldn’t even use the bathroom it was SO BAD. We opened windows, ran hot water, bought air fresheners, but nothing seemed to help - so we were down to one bathroom. Also, bring batteries beca

Nice stay

Our stay was great only one thing it was hot in the daytime and night. Portable ac in the living room dosen't cool off the rest of the rooms. There's is no shade to sit outside. The sun hits condo all day.

Family-friendly rental

Our 5-night stay at the Mission Beach home on Island Ct was fantastic. As a family of 4 (4 year old and 18 month old), we found the place to be very accommodating. There was plenty of San toys, and the small front yard was perfect. There was no bathtub (as advertised), so make sure your littles can use the shower with your help. The customer service team is very helpful, and does frequent check ins to see if all is well which is great. You’re a quick walk to the bay, beach or Belmont Park, and a close drive to the SD Zoo or Sea World. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Perfect spot!

Perfect little house for two adults and three littles. The only complaint I had was that the dishwasher was packed full with dirty dishes and the WiFi was down the first day.. other than that everything was great! Can’t wait to go back!

Beach House

Proximity to beaches was good. The kitchen wasn't clean once you look closely, counters were clean but fridge, cabinets were not. I had to clean before unpacking. Some dishes were not clean either. It's been a while since remodel, bathrooms could use paint and some fixtures are broken.

Charming Beach Location

Property was just as advertised and in a great beach location. We were disappointed to see many of the neighbors are not welcoming to tourists/visitors. There was a sign in a window about three houses down joking about shooting tourists which was unsettling to say the least. However, overall we had a positive experience.

Had a nice time. Unit needed some attention. Washer and dryer didn't work. Was disappointed by the A/C. but TV was great, location was very good and we loved the parking space. Need shade on the patio. Maybe an awning, large umbrella. Also, just crazy amount of flies. BBQ worked great. Thank you!

Absolutely Spectacular Location

Loved our trip, plain and simple! You can’t beat the location, and the house was a perfect size for all 6 of us (4 adults, 2 children). Patio area with tables and chairs/chaisse loungers was a great area to relax with coffee in the morning or enjoy the sun after a day at the beach. Only critique would be a few kitchen items not being provided (pizza cutter/baking pan), and the number of amenities provided wasn’t quite accurate (i.e. welcome letter stated 5 rolls of TP/bathroom, there were 3 in total). Outside of that, already wishing we can come back!

9 day stay

The apartment is cute and cozy. I love the way it’s decorated. We had everything we needed. It was great to have bikes. Some improvement suggestions are there is construction next door which would have been nice to know about or at least get a break in the rent because of it. I didn’t realize it was the main floor of a 2 storey. The upstairs neighbors were mostly considerate except for the last batch — they were very loud. It is very nice to have 2 bathrooms but the shower is very small and difficult to regulate temperature. There is a motion light outside bedrooms which is on intermittently all night shining into back bedroom the worst. The beds are comfortable although lost a lot of sleep due to light and neighbors.
