Sunny North Park Retreat

Experience the best of North Park right at your doorstep with this enchanting and centrally located retreat. The space
Comfortable home for couples or families! The property is a duplex and you will have full access to the front unit. The unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, a cozy bathroom with a waterfall shower, charming living room with 50in smart TV and pull out sleeper couch, full kitchen, high speed wifi, AC, and your own front yard equipped with outdoor table & BBQ for enjoying the San Diego sun. Please note the unit's only bathroom is located in the master bedroom so guests will need to walk through the bedroom to use it.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire front unit of the duplex with it's own separate private entrance and fenced-in front yard. This home is part of a duplex, but each unit has their own separate private entrance and separate yard. For parking, please utilize the free street parking and do not park in the driveway.

Other things to note
Home is part of a duplex and as your hosts we live on-site in the other unit, but you will not hear from us unless you need something. We do have a small dog who you may occasionally hear from the other side of the fence. We have two security cameras on the exterior of the property. One above the front door and the other one overlooking the front yard. Both will be on during your stay.

Clean

Place was very clean. Amenities were used and appreciated. Air conditioning helped in the master bedroom and living room. Couldn’t get the air conditioning to work in the front bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Had an overall pleasant experience. Only downside was the bathroom was located in master bedroom so you have to walk through when people were sleeping

Lovely North Park Duplex

We enjoyed our stay in this 2-bed, 1 bath duplex. Very clean, owner is easy to deal with and very communicative. Location is perfect within North Park, as you can walk to lots of shops/restaurants. Parking on the street is plentiful. No downside to this place, but be aware that it is tiny...I would only recommend this place for 2 or 3 people.

Cute neighborhood spot

Cozy small 2 bedroom in North Park. Great location, walk to coffee and restaurants. Sparsely furnished, could use more lights and seating. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Couple of chairs outside on yard would be good addition. Thanks for having us! xoxo

Cozy and Walkable

The house was clean, plenty of space for the 2 of us and lots of amenities if you wanted to eat at home instead of going out. It was our first time to explore the area and so many great things are close by. Even after a full week, there is still plenty more to explore in this very walkable neighborhood.
