The open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas are located on this level, allowing your group to spend time together while surrounded by panoramic San Diego views.

The kitchen is designed for groups and features high-end appliances, an oversized refrigerator and freezer, coffee setup, peninsula bar seating and plenty of space for preparing meals together.

Whether you're making pancakes with the kids in the morning, putting together appetizers before sunset, or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home, this floor makes it easy for everyone to be together.

Step outside onto the expansive upper deck and experience the home's signature feature: 360-degree views across San Diego and the Pacific.

One of the biggest advantages of this home for larger groups is the amount of personal space it provides.

With five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms spread across three stories, guests can vacation together without feeling like they're on top of one another.

The primary suite is located on the top floor and enjoys some of the home's most impressive views. Additional bedrooms on the second level and first level also feature beautiful outlooks and comfortable private spaces for relaxing at the end of the day.

Multiple decks and outdoor areas throughout the property provide spaces for dining, lounging, conversation, morning coffee and sunset drinks.

The backyard provides another large outdoor gathering area, while the upper-level deck offers the home's most dramatic panoramic views.

There is also additional deck space on the second level.

Whether your group wants to gather together or find a quiet corner with a book and a cup of coffee, there is plenty of room to do both.

DESIGNED FOR GROUPS—NOT PARTIES

Although the home accommodates up to 16 guests, this is not a party house.

We've intentionally created a property for guests who appreciate beautiful surroundings, relaxation and time together.

We welcome families, multi-generational groups, groups of friends and wellness-focused stays. Small, respectful gatherings among registered guests are welcome, but parties, disruptive events and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, and respecting our neighbors is extremely important to us.

If you're looking for a house to throw a party, this isn't the right property.

If you're looking for an incredible home where your favorite people can spend a few days enjoying San Diego together, you've found it.

ELEVATOR ACCESS TO ALL THREE FLOORS

A private elevator provides convenient access to all three levels of the home, making it easier to move luggage, groceries and belongings between floors.

For safety, children may not use or operate the elevator without adult supervision. Children must be accompanied by an adult while using the elevator.

The home also has interior stairs.

PARKING + TESLA CHARGING

Guests have access to driveway parking, with additional street parking available in the neighborhood.

The property also features an on-site Tesla charger, making it especially convenient for guests traveling with an electric vehicle.

A POINT LOMA TRADITION: THE “POINT LOMA PAUSE”

We believe in being completely transparent about one unique characteristic of our location.

Point Loma is located near San Diego International Airport, and our home is under the airport's departure flight path. You will hear aircraft passing overhead during daytime and evening operating hours, particularly while enjoying the outdoor decks and backyard.

Locals affectionately refer to this as the “Point Loma Pause”: those few moments when a passing aircraft can briefly interrupt an outdoor conversation.

It's a familiar part of life in Point Loma and something many locals consider part of the character of the neighborhood, but we want every guest to know about it before booking.

San Diego International Airport has a nighttime departure curfew prohibiting most scheduled departures between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM, subject to permitted exceptions and emergency operations.

If you are particularly sensitive to aircraft noise, please take this into consideration before reserving the property.
