Stanton Residence - Downtown Victorian Classic

Summary:
Located just east of downtown San Diego, perched on the hill you'll enjoy this 1893 victorian home with all its charm. The home is 1,500 SF with 3 bedrooms, 1 parlor/tv room, and 2 bathrooms. High ceilings throughout and plenty of space family and friends. Completely remodeled in 2022, you'll have everything you need for a cozy and comfortable stay. In the evening, you'll learn how "golden hills" got its name as you watch the sunset light up the living room and the night skyline come to life.

The Space:
Each room is unique and tailored specifically to that room. The beds are all medium firm 10" memory foam, plenty of pillows, and lots of warm colors. My wife is an amazing interior designer and each piece was picked with care to create a little historic feel with a lot of comfort. We even found some old news papers in the wall during this remodel that we've hung in the hallway which will take you back in time! Out front we welcome you to enjoy the evening on the porch rocking chairs with a glass of wine or craft beer of choice!

Guest Access:
3 car gated parking is available as well as plenty of street parking. Best advice is to leave the rental at home. Everything is so close to this location that at most you'll be spending 10 minutes to get to major attractions like Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Convention Center, Petco Park, Little Italy, etc.

Other Things to Note:
We have long term tenants in a separate house in the back as well as a loft above the house on the roof. You do not share the driveway, your front porch or garden in the front. There is a walk way that the back tenants use to get access to street

I like to be as helpful as I can be, but this is your home while you're here. We've made this a very welcoming environment and hope to make your stay enjoyable as best as possible.
