For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month`s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee.

Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals
Important notes/house rules:
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
