We are 3 blocks from Mission Bay in a fully furnished, remodeled, and stylish guesthouse! This location offers the Pacific Beach lifestyle without the loud party scene or crowded streets. Come and relax at our comfortable house after enjoying all that San Diego has to offer!

The fully renovated guest house is on the backside of the front property with a private gated entry way. This 1BR/1BA is complete with a brand new kitchen, vinyl floors, dual pane windows, roman shades, fans, heat, Smart TV, Magic Bullet blender, security and access to a separate washer/dryer upon request. Beach supplies include a cooler, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

The bedroom has a comfortable Revive Series 6 queen size bed and upgraded amenities. The space has high speed wi-fi and a dedicated workspace if needed. There is also a cute outdoor patio space to relax, take in the fresh ocean air, and soak up some San Diego sunshine!

We are less than a mile from the ocean and within walking distance to everything Pacific Beach and Crown Point has to offer. This includes cute coffee shops, amazing restaurants, bars, beach rental shops, and so on. We are also very conveniently located to many amazing attractions in San Diego (see list below for proximities). This place is perfect for a fun couple getaway!

Please note that occasionally two small dogs enter through the shared yard. There is also a small tortoise, Lucky, that cruises through the backyard often!

Maximum # of guests allowed: 2 guests - NO EXCEPTIONS. This unit is best suited for 1 or 2 adults max.

Please note: the path that leads to the unit does not allow for strollers to easily pass through due to uneven terrain and stairs.

Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
