Solo un isolato dalla sabbia, la nostra nuova casa dispone di terrazza panoramica con vista sull'oceano e sulla baia, soffitti alti con grandi finestre per molta luce naturale, biancheria da letto di qualità, e nuovi elettrodomestici in una cucina completamente attrezzata. Un isolato dalla spiaggia, a pochi passi da innumerevoli ristoranti e sale di degustazione. Vicino a Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, San Diego Zoo (8. 5 miglia,) Sea World (3 miglia,) e il centro (7 miglia).

Costruito, progettato e gestito da famiglie di San Diegan locali, lo spazio riflette il loro amore per gli investimenti e nel delizioso e stravagante comunità di Ocean Beach. Esso è destinato a offrire agli individui, coppie, amici o famiglie un rifugio a uno degli ultimi veri località balneari nel sud della California.

All'interno, la casa è luminoso, moderno, pulito, e professionalmente decorate e arredate. Può ospitare 11 persone. La prima camera da letto dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli in un loft semi-privata a pelo, una TV e un bagno privato. La seconda camera offre un letto matrimoniale e bagno. Nello spazio comune, c'è un soppalco semi-privato con un letto matrimoniale, un angolo lettura con un materasso a due, ed un altro divano letto pieno. Lo spazio comune ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, una TV e 1 bagno completo.

La casa dispone di un ampio 600 mq ponte ft panoramica con vista sull'oceano, sedie, sdraio, e un barbecue. Non troverete nulla di simile nella zona - cenare, ascoltare le onde che si infrangono, o guardare un incredibile West Coast tramonto dal proprio spazio privato.

La casa si trova a un isolato dalla sabbia e surf. Situato nel cuore della spiaggia di Ocean, è anche a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti di proprietà locale, microbirrifici, e unica di shopping.
La proprietà è meticolosamente mantenuto, e l'interno è professionalmente puliti e controllati prima di ogni ospite. Self check-in è facile, e la gestione è rapidamente accessibile e disponibile per domande e raccomandazioni.

Fun modern home in a great location. Stunning views from the roof and easy to get around San Diego. Plenty of space. Needs some updates. Specially linens, pillows, kitchen items and cleanliness. Mold in the washer (unable to wash clothing.) Dirty dishes and silverware in cabinets. Broken cabinet and outdoor chair.

Loved the Place and the Peaceful Neighborhood!We had a great time and loved the place! It was clean, comfortable, and located in a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. There are a few small things that could be updated, but it was not a deal-breaker. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this rental!

The location is great, a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach and bathroom towels, the host is very quick to reply to messages, it was nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a plus is the ability to park in a closed gate area, unfortunately the house was poorly equipped, only 2 hangers in the room amd one was broken, no full broom, just the end of the broom, not enough pots or pans to cook, missing handles and no mixing bowls, only one full roll of paper towels, the outside shower that we were asked to used when coming from the beach, was dirty, trash and full of sand on the drain area and the light didn't work. It seemed that nobody came to check the house to make sure it was ready, my experience is that renting a house Vs staying on a hotel is because it has all the necessities and looks like someone lives there, the kitchen table was dirty and sticky, im sorry that i couldn't leave a better review, once the host addresses those inconveniences the stay is complete.

Great long weekend in OB

The property was just what we were looking for to get all of our friends together for a long weekend, the rooftop provided us a nice space to all hang out. The window in the bathroom was shattered and broken open when we moved in, which was not very welcoming for us. The chairs on the roof were also broken and somewhat hard to sit on due to some of the pieces breaking. The oven didn’t work very well to start off with, I tried to preheat it and it just didn’t preheat until I turned it off and then started it all over again. The property supplied beach towels which was helpful since we were two blocks from the ocean.

Fun, convenient space

This was such a cool place to stay. The design is unique and allows door people to have their own space as needed. Location is great because the beach is two blocks away and there are tons of restaurants and shops in a 15 minute walking radius. And parking!! Not having to drive around looking for parking after being out all day is a relief!To note, there are no outlets in the loft areas. This made it tricky for charging devices. There is also visible wear and tear on faucets, doors, and walls/ladders. Everything was fully functional, just not brand new looking. Definitely not a deal breaker for us, just something to keep in mind if you are particular about needing things to be pristine. Overall, the place is excellent and we can’t wait to go back!

Great location for a small group!

We had 3 adults and 3 kids and this was a great location for beach accessibility, good local restaurants and central location to downtown. Communication with Pedro was good when we had questions. Hope they do a thorough review of electronics, shampoo, etc as summer some to an end! Overall good experience

Fun house in casual neighborhood

A very cool house... feels a bit like an adult treehouse... lots of stairs/ladders. Not appropriate for small children, elderly, or otherwise impaired. We grilled on the rooftop, which has a view of the ocean in the distance. Easy walk to casual restaurants & bars (mostly dive bars...it's Ocean Beach after all!). Parking is a bit challenging if you have more than 2 vehicles... 2 spots for the unit (head to toe) and parking on the street is hit or miss depending on the time of day. A very quick drive (5 min.) to Pacific Beach if you want to walk or bike the boardwalk.

Great Location, Not Good For Toddlers, Beds?????

Very good location but it stops there. The pictures are very deceiving and I venture to guess several years old. The place is worn out and needs a big upgrade. Do not bring toddlers or infants. There is no way to block off the stars and let them roam around without fear of them falling down the stars. And there are a lot of very steep stars. Our 10-month-old was in our arms more than she was able to crawl around the floor. In reality, there is really only one bed. The 2 sofa beds are cheap, lumpy and you can feel the springs. The one in the living room is resting on one of the lets and it falls off when you move the sofe. The first loft bed is just a hunk of foam. There is only a place for 2 people to sit in the living room and that's the lumpy, springy sofa. The only staples in the kitchen are salt, olive oil, SW chipotle seasoning, whole bay leaves & bbq rub. No food storage items, no foil, no cling film, no baggies. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of nights, be prepared for a big grocery bill stocking up on staples/basics. The washing machine is moldy. There is a sign on it that says to leave the door open to avoid mold. Even the cleaning staff didn't pay attention to that because the door was closed when we checked in. The bathroom vanities and faucets are falling apart. With some attention to detail, basic maintenance, and new furniture (especially real beds), it could be a great place for families with older kids.

Close to the beach, nice view from the top. The parking inside the gate is very tight, but there is parking on the road. Kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are small and could have been cleaner. Lots of extra towels, not enough clean comforters. Overall the experience is just fine.
