We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs).
A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
This home can comfortably sleep 4-5 adults and up to 5 kids with a total max occupancy of 8. We do not allow more than 5 adults to rent this home.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

You won't want to miss Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, which was originally built in 1925 but has since been restored. Additionally, the park offers exciting attractions like miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. If you're looking to explore more of San Diego, Mission Beach is just a short drive away from popular destinations such as Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. This rental is situated in a high-density neighborhood and must adhere to stringent house rules. It is exclusively reserved for quieter groups. Any violation of the rules regarding excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking is intolerable and will result in immediate eviction without refund. It is imperative to thoroughly comprehend and consent to these policies before renting. Please note that we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any breach of these regulations.

Departure Instructions:
As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
