- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This casita is located behind the owner’s main house, which is occupied by permanent residents.
- The home is located outside the city, a short drive from downtown, in a developing neighborhood where conditions can vary significantly from block to block. It also sits on a main road, so some traffic and road noise should be expected.
- The kitchen is small and does not have a dishwasher. There is also no washer or dryer in the home.
- The home does not have central air conditioning or forced-air heating. Window AC units are provided in each room.
- The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom.

Parking Details:
- One assigned uncovered parking space is available in the driveway. Up to two vehicles may park in tandem on the right side of the driveway; the left side is reserved for the permanent residents of the main house.
- Street parking is available across the street, but the main road is heavily trafficked.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
