“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“Room was clean / staff was great - location was great / everything was great - except parking but it’s ok cuz it’s in middle of downtown”

“Good location very clean and nice breakfast. My only problem was I could hear the next door rooms doors close and hear people above me and to the adjoining rooms walking around until almost 2 am. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the place. But otherwise 5 stars”

“The first night was fine. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. That was rude...
