The front office attendant was struggling with a couple who looked filthy and were obviously under the influence of a substance. They could barely speak or stand. My husband waited over 15 min. The attendant never acknowledged him and continued to deal with the couple. Finally, my husband decided that we would not even be checking in to this...

“I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in was honestly pretty frustrating. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time (it looked like multiple buses had just come in), so it was very crowded and slow. On top of that, my card kept getting declined 3–4 times, even though I knew I had funds available. The staff member kept running it as debit, even after I mentioned trying it as credit. I ended up calling my bank, and they confirmed it should be processed as...
