“We had the most perfect time. Francisco was so helpful. Can’t wait to come back ”

“This was such a wonderful little spot and Francesco made our first time in Pisa feel so easy and supported! He fluently arranged our taxi pickup and met us on location to welcome us, orient us, and answer all of our questions. He provided the best recommendations for authentic fare and even a route to take to Pisa so we didn't miss any of the lesser -known attractions. The room was so cool in the heat of the summer (excellent air conditioning) and the space was clean and refreshing escape from...

“This was an absolutely beautiful venue!”

“Abbiamo soggiornato solo per 2 notti per visitare Lucca e Pisa ma ci siamo trovati molto molto bene! Grazie a Leandro il padrone di casa per la sua cordialità. La posizione va bene per chi, come noi, non si spaventa a fare 10 minuti d'auto per raggiungere il centro. A 5 minuti d'auto (anche meno) c'è cmq già tutto ciò che serve compresi ristoranti, pizzerie, MCDonald, benzinai...Consigliatissimo!”

“Very good communication, very helpful and friendly hosts, everything was available in the apartment, very good connection to the city and main rail station, bus stops 13 and 14 were a few minutes away from the apartment, also a supermarket. On the whole everything was right and correct! Many thanks again to Francesca for her friendly and professionell support and good time in Pisa! Absolutely highly recommended!”

“Situation géographique idéale pour visiter les grandes villes de Toscane. Logement confortable et bien aménagé. Terrasse agréable, piscine très propre, propriétaire très sympathique et production de vin et d'huile de qualité. ”

“The house was beautiful. We loved the unique character of the house. The location was amazing - right in the walking tourist area. Host was great. She was very helpful. Great location if coming by train.”

“Maximo was super helpful he even ran to the store to buy a new kettle for us immediately. Beautiful views and plenty of space for parking. ”

“Close to some cafes and Pisa tower, disliked lots of stairs to room but not that big of a deal”

“Abbiamo alloggiato presso House Versilia per un fine settimana (due coppie di amici). La casa è esattamente come da foto e descrizione. Trasmette calore! Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito ed in ordine. C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Zona strategica se volete visitare la Versilia, Lucca e dintorni (moltissimi luoghi incantevoli a pochi chilometri). Host molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. Parcheggio a pochi metri, in prossimitità dell'adiacente stazione...

“Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. ”

“Very nice, clean apartment in a very convenient location! Check in process was a bit challenging to figure out exactly where the place was but ended up being a great stay!”

“Home needs some better up keep. We noticed black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, many utility plugs needed to be fixed. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and would be a good point of improvement. The room was spacious and the host communicated well and was timely. The instructions they provided to check in were easy to understand and follow. The host recommended some restaurants in the area and these were both helpful and delicious. With some better upkeep this will be a nice place to...

“We really enjoyed the accommodations. The place was clean. Francesco was very helpful and knowledgeable. The bathrooms were modern.”

“We made the difficult decision to leave this property before spending even one night there. Our experience started badly when the host, who lives in another part of the property, greeted us with obvious frustration because she had waited about 30 minutes for our arrival. We had been driving from Florence and kept her updated throughout the trip with our ETA based on traffic, so this was not the welcome we expected.Once inside, we discovered that two of the four bedrooms are completely separate...
