This well-appointed home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, ideal for up to 10 to 12 guests, making it perfect for large families, reunions, or group getaways.

The master bedroom comes with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features 4 twin beds and 1 full-size bed. The third bedroom features 4 single beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for everyone. This San Felipe Vacation Rental has a large kitchen with all the essentials you'd expect in any well-equipped kitchen, including a toaster, microwave, blender, pots, pans, and more. Conveniently located next to the kitchen is a dining table with lots of seating for enjoying meals with friends and family.

One of the coolest features of this home is the rooftop — here you'll find a BBQ grill and sink area, plus a large rooftop space with an amazing view of the ocean. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez while grilling your favorite meals. PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOME HAS NO POOL ACCESS. GUESTS MUST BRING ALL TOWELS. For the gate access card, a refundable $50 security deposit is required upon arrival, refunded when you return the card on departure. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM.
