The building features four levels with 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 living rooms, and 5 kitchens — designed for large groups to come together while providing space to rest. The first floor has a 3-car garage and two bedrooms.

The second level has two bedrooms. The third floor has three bedrooms. The fourth floor is a large entertainment terrace with amazing beach and mountain views. Bed sizes include Kings, Queens, Fulls, and sofa beds.

The kitchens come equipped for all your cooking needs, with dining tables on every level. The living rooms open up to covered balconies with amazing views. Amenities include a charcoal BBQ grill, internet, and TV with Roku.

This unit does not have towels, so please bring your own. Parking includes a 3-car garage with street parking for additional vehicles. Maximum occupancy is 30 guests.
