A great getaway

The unit is perfect for two. The manager and owners are fantastic. We took all their recommendations for activities and restaurants and were never disappointed.And get the massages.

Great little spot

This unit is cozy but had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Well equipped and very clean. Owners and property managers were great and very responsive. The unit is so close to the beach and you can see the ocean from the balcony and rooftop terrace. It’s a good 20 min walk to town and the first part is on cobblestones. If you plan to head to town for the evening you’ll need a flashlight. We went in most nights for dinner and while the walk back was dark it felt very safe.

Perfect place

Can’t say enough good things about this property, Barbara the manager and the owners that live across the driveway. From the decor to the location everything was better than the pictures. We walked everywhere - 15- 20 min into town but that just gave us a good excuse to eat and drink more. We felt safe walking everywhere even at dusk. The beach walk home during sunset after a beautiful meal in town was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

Just what we are looking for

This place is a good size for a couple. We were at the end of the beach where it was not crowded and walking distance to town. The property manager was responsive and helped set up massages and transportation. We hope to be back!

Beautiful home, perfect spot

Loved this home and San Pancho. The owners and the woman who helped check us in were great. Home is modern with all conveniences. Perfection for a couple. Unlimited purified water. Great coffee. Amazing beach just 1 block away.

5 Wonderful Days

Loved staying here. Private and quiet. Gorgeous street. Super clean. Felipe and Abraham were very friendly, helpful and respectful. Very safe. It was nice to have our own cool dipping pool ( which could warm to a jacuzzi if needed) and our own garage. It was our first stay in San Pancho. Lots of great restaurants. The Tuesday market was really worth a visit. We took beautiful walks in town, on the beach and in the jungle north of town.

Wouldn't Change a Thing!!!!

This is a fantastic property in a great part of town. Barbara, the property manager is amazing and will help with anything you need, including recommendations to restaurants, bars, spas, massage therapists, etc. Highly recommend getting a golf cart while you're there so you can tool around town.

Peaceful Paradise

My husband and I stayed six nights. The pictures are accurate of the condo and rooftop terrace and view of the beach. It is beautiful ! The bed was amazing! It was very nice to have a garage as we rented a car. I timed the walk down to the beach and it took me two minutes and 20 seconds and a 15 minute walk into town on the road. Felipe and Abe are friendly and available to help with anything needed. Beach chairs and umbrella Are provided to take down to the beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Thank you for being such a wonderful hosts!

Great condo, great hosts, quiet place

Review VRBO San Pancho It was our first time in San Pancho and we loved it! We had a wonderful stay at Felipe & Abe’s place and Barbara, the Property Manager, was very kind and responsive. I worked from the condo and the internet (Wifi) worked very well for my daily, long Zoom Meetings. I worked from the house and also on the rooftop terrace and it worked very well from both places. That being said, there is no phone reception so you can’t receive sms (except iMessages) and if you need to make phone calls, you’ll have to use Whatsapp Audio or FaceTime Audio. The house is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels and a Buggy board. The kitchen is also well equipped with a cooler. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is great and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The condo is in a very quiet part of San Pancho. The beach is just a few steps away and the main street (Av del Tercer Mundo) is a good 20-min walk. The streets are made of rocks so you’ll need comfortable shoes especially when you come back at night and it’s dark. Overall everything was perfect and we would recommend this place to anyone going to San Pancho.

Stunning!

This property is exactly as advertised. The home is very well stocked. The owners are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property manager is equally helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet - especially given the usual noises in Mexico. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and hope to return!

Great Property! Best Hosts in my nearly 40 years of traveling to Mexico!

Barbara,Felipe, and Abe took care of every detail needed for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. The house was very well equipped with every amenity needed to enjoy the beautiful community of San Pancho. Barbara, Felipe, and Abe were very warm and welcoming! They made me feel as if I were home, in this paradise. I hope to return soon!
