“My wife and I loved our stay at the La Dona Luz Inn. Paco, the owner, was a treat to meet and to talk to and learn about the history of the Inn and the exquisite craftsmanship and beautiful decorations throughout the Inn. Our room fantastic with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and spacious room. The Inn is an ideal location for walking around the historic Taos center. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.”

“This is a beautiful historic property that is extremely well maintained and inviting. Our host was very knowledgeable about its history and she was so friendly and helpful! “Staff and room were both excellent. Restaurant is on site. The hotel fronts a main road with a traffic light directly in front of the hotel. Traffic is very noisy accelerating from the light, especially for a room close to the road. Take earplugs.”

“Was very surprised to show up here and have it look the way it does because it looks nothing like the photos online - there is no cute cabin or air streams, it’s just the motel. It’s in a pretty sketchy area with no where really to walk. The room itself is small but clean and good enough. The AC unit is super loud and turns on and off all night so didn’t get much sleep. Just think they should be more upfront with how the property actually looks.”

“We are glad to stay at the Sagebrush due it most reasonable, affordable pet fee and its openness to pet guests. The rooms in the older part of the lodge have great historical appeal with a lovely courtyard and proximity to the dining and entertainment part of the property. The newer section is also a good place to stay for more modern rooms and amenities and the swimming pool.
