“Great room! was upgraded for some reason @ no extra cost! great restaurant with alot of choices and friendly servers/staff. Massage spa is excellent and a must-try. Overall very satisfied and strongly recommend especially if you want a different experience from the norm in hospitality choices! Shoutout to Selsa for help with my stay!”

“This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...

“리셉션 직원들이 아주 친절하고 컴플레인이 발생될 경우 가능한 빨리 처리를 해주려고 항상 노력 합니다. 조식은 다소 평범합니다만 다이닝에서의 음식이 굉장히 맛있습니다. 특히 파스타나 피자, 포크 종류의 음식들을 추천합니다.”

“뜨거운 물 안나옵니다. 호텔 조식 조리 대기 시간이 너무 길고 주문 누락도 잦습니다. 리조트 자체는 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하긴 하지만, 온수가 안나오는 게 치명적이고, 개미랑 지네가 많습니다. 팡라오 시내랑 좀 멀어서 툭툭이 잡기 힘듭니다.”
