Hotel in zona San Jacinto, Galveston

“We went there to stay a night before our cruise. The hotel had everything we needed and was within walking distance of the Galveston pleasure pier! Would stay here again.”

The linens wers dirty, asked for a remote and was told to use our phone if there wasnt one. Then the next morning a man showed up that worked there in a yellow shirt and pushed the door open, thank god i had got my shirt on just in time. “we had a great experience. Everyone was so nice. It was convenient to the beach and also to go to the other side to the Bayside. It’s a beautiful hotel. The management and staff were very nice and gracious and helpful coffee spot on location. Pools were heated and wonderful I recommend.”

“The location was great and breakfast was good. The bed sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled and didn't look clean. The bathmat had people's long hair on both sides. I found left over takeout food in the microwave. I didn't know they charge for parking and the receipt was not available. I prefer to find a better place to stay next time.”

“Description on property was not accurate. It had 1 and 1/2 bath. No TVs in room. Or radio . Pans were hard to cook on. Leaking in bedroom floors from restrrom. Only 1 usb on 1 lamp and not enough light in rooms. Also, no privacy in bedrooms since you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the other bedroom so if you are with another couple, it was hard to go to kitchen or take a shower withthe other couple still asleep or changing. Also, only 1 queen size bed. The other bed is a full size that...

“Property was great staff the 2 guys were very professional had problem with my door and they had it fixed in less than 30 min..thanks.the beds could use some updating but was good over all..now the older lady in the morning she needs to go to charm school not very nice very stern,, in way don't blame her considering the people she deal with..but over all will be staying in again in June with grandkids..see yea soon..”

“Moody Gardens has a beautiful Huge pool with plenty of seating. This is a family friendly place to stay with so many other types of activities offered on the property. Although, not part of the hotel, there is the Butterfly exhibit, IMAX theater, Moody Beach. This is all within a short walk from the hotel.”
