“The staff I found to be friendly but the hotel was dirty and dated. I found a couple of small roaches in our room and the hallway stunk, couldn't figure out what the smell was. I would not stay there again.”

“Always sketchy people who stay there. This time some old lady was arguing in the hallway with people. This time I saw housekeeping cleaning rooms.. and to see the amount of filth and trash (assuming from long term tenants) outside the room was absolutely disgusting. If only the owners or corporate would renovate the interior and have better security it could be such a better hotel”

“Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax. The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha. Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm.”

“The property was well maintained but the house keeping staff did not do a detailed cleanup the toilet had pubic hair on the toilet urine stains, arou the rim was not cleaned and the bath tub looked like a member of the staff just wiped out the bathroom tub”
