BEST Oceanfront SPIAGGIA / SURF Posizione A Cabo !!!

Pulire recentemente aggiornato 1 condominio BR con terrazza privata al 4 ° piano vista terrazza con vista sulle migliori surf break a Cabo, 7 miglia di spiagge di sabbia bianca, una bella piscina, vasche idromassaggio, lettini a bordo piscina, tavoli fronte oceano, doccia esterna e prato . Condo è tutto nuovo arredamento, nuovo letto matrimoniale in schiuma di memoria organica, cucina completamente attrezzata, nuovo barbecue, TV (solo per lettore DVD) e una piccola ma buona selezione di film, internet, clima doppio Aria condizionata per camera da letto / appartamento, in unità lavasciuga, sala fitness, sicurezza 24 ore al giorno, ascensore, campi da tennis e comodo accesso di 5 minuti al centro di San Jose del Cabo, supermercato, golf, ristoranti, sentieri escursionistici e molto altro. Meno di 20 minuti per l'aeroporto e 20 minuti per Cabo San Lucas. Surf shop / noleggio / lezioni di Costa Azul dall'altra parte della strada. Atmosfera super amichevole con proprietari e ospiti. Nota: la TV è solo per i film. Fateci sapere qualsiasi domanda, qualsiasi cosa possiamo fare per aiutare e adorerete il vostro soggiorno!

Difficile da credere che tu abbia la migliore posizione combinata con le migliori tariffe in tutto Cabo!

Surf trip to Cabo

The Olas property is possibly the best place to stay in the Cabo area for a trip. Beautiful grounds, well maintained sitting on the beach between zippers and the rock. The place was perfect for two people.

Amazing spot for surfers!

Very much enjoyed the location- easy surf beach access & short drive to central San Jose! Unit had everything we needed & was quite peaceful. Other residents & guests were chill & easy going (when you saw them).

Good location, needs updating

Is this an amazing location? Yes. Is it located right between the beach and the surf shop and the delicious fresh oysters under the bridge? Yes! Can you walk to yoga? Yes. Does the place need updating? Definitely yes. We found the bedroom to be small, dark and dank. We wanted to wear shoes in the bathroom/shower. Things just felt a little dingy and dirty throughout the small space. Not the kind of place to abide to the three second rule. Like the listing says, it's a good price for the location. So, come with your expectations set appropriately. We had slow communication with the host and couldn't find the welcome booklet. For those who might find it helpful: the wifi password on the router is correct! The pros: The balcony was sweet. Having a full sized kitchen was nice. I used the communal hot tub several times. The place felt very safe. TV had an HDMI cord to play things off your laptop.

A beautiful 1 bedroom condo on the 4th floor which is perfect angle to see “The Rock” surfing spot. Lounge chairs on the deck are perfecto watch the ocean and chill. I loved it. Light airy and ocean breeze waft right into the condo. I noticed when bigger waves came there was a little breath of ocean breeze that would circulate throughout the condo. It’s a awesome place to stay and recharge

Best Oceanfront Value in Cabo!

Amazing oceanfront location with views of 3 of the 4 surf breaks. Best surfing location in Los Cabos! Convenient to the pool, beach, and surf breaks. Can also walk to the local Zippers bar/food/live music and surf rental shop. Also, the upscale 7 Mares restaurant at lower tide, which also has a more expensive polished surf rental shop. A few downsides are the condo needs some basic maintenance/upkeep in the bath/kitchen area. Also buy extra PT immediately, since we only had 1 roll. We ended up using the public BR. Also, the highway and nightclub noise is loud at night. I am a light sleeper so keep that in mind. In the end, the ocean view and outdoor patio with daily surfing outweighed the downsides. Yet, this could be a better STVR with some basic upkeep in the bath/kitchen area and sanding the front door so it opens easier...

Great Location, Great Surf Access

I enjoyed being able to paddle straight out from the Condo to surf Old Man's, La Roca and Middles during low tide. My wife could set out on the patio and drink coffee and watch me surf. We will definitely be back.

Good Location

Was looking for something close to Cabo Surf- where we usually stay but was sold out the week we went, due to a wedding. Would definitely stay at Las Olas again- good location for surf & walking distance to a few restaurants on the beach

Wonderful 2 weeks in this gem!

We had a great time. This property is as it's described. Comfortable but not fancy with a beautiful view. We loved listening to the ocean at night. At first we thought we might be too far away from stores and restaurants but once we learned to navigate the bus system we were even more happy about choosing to stay here. It's at the end of a beach and the beach felt like it was mostly ours. We loved having the Arroyo just across the street. We found several different trails we liked and hiked almost every day. The oven does not work. Someone came and fixed the BBQ while we were there, which we used and appreciated. The guys at the entrance were very helpful with scheduling our return Covid test and getting us a taxi back to the airport. We both agree we would happily stay there again. The bed was very comfy, too.

Forgot to mention the highway 20 feet from the building.

The property was pretty much as advertised, very clean and simple. We had no problems with it. Our issue was that we wished someone had mentioned the highway behind the building it was so loud we could not enjoy the deck from which this most amazing view is. The area itself was also a bit misleading as we like to walk most places and again the highway is just a steady stream of traffic that walking anywhere on the road or sidewalk you are taking your life in your hands. Apparently passing on the right hand side is just a thing they do down here regardless if there is a sidewalk or not???? I realize that this has nothing to do with the property itself however I think charging what they did and not mentioning the highway being so close was very misleading.

Worst condo at Las Olas

The owners failed to send the lockbox code, even with repeated requests before check in. Thankfully the front security guard was able to call someone (?) who could tell us the code over the phone. The owner did not get back to me until the next day. Was I supposed to sleep on the street?! Upon finally entering, there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen. As other reviewers say, this place is very dated and dirty. The bed is uncomfortable, the couch is stained and smelly, the outside furniture is shredded, and the kitchen has the bare minimum (literally, only salt). Not one blanket, second paper towel roll, or second set of sheets. We were watching tv at night with towels on our legs. Las Olas is a great condo complex for surfing, and all the orange county families know so. Spring break was crazy town. With all that being said, we loved drinking coffee on the balcony and seeing the whales jump right out front. Still, I would not stay in this unit again.

The location is excellent. Great pool and beach! Unfortunately the condo is dated, bed is not comfortable and the furniture is falling apart. The cushions on the outdoor furniture look like birds have been tearing at them for nesting materials. A little elbow grease by the owners and this place would get a 5 star rating.
