Questo attico di lusso nel bellissimo sviluppo di El Zalate è nuovo di zecca per il mercato degli affitti! Si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia incontaminata di Costa Azul, in Villa 2-301. Con oltre 1000 piedi di patio coperto per rilassarsi e godersi le viste inostruite o cucinare con la griglia all'aperto!
Questo attico comprende una cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata, una sala da pranzo formale, un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e un servizio internet ad alta velocità dedicato.

Con vista sull'oceano senza ostacoli, questo attico fronte mare a El Zalate è davvero lussuoso! Goditi le viste su Palmilla Point e Punta Gorda e guarda il sole e la luna sorgere sul Mar di Cortez. L'attico con tre camere da letto e tre bagni presenta un soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a pianta aperta che conduce a un'ampia terrazza progettata per intrattenere e rilassarsi all'aperto.
La master suite ha un salottino annesso e una zona ufficio con un grande bagno padronale. Due camere fronte oceano offrono accesso diretto alla terrazza, ampi armadi e un bagno privato.
La cucina gourmet è dotata di nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui un frigorifero per il vino e un piano cottura a induzione.

El Zalate is a low density condo with great views, walkable eats, and a friendly vibe. We have rented many units there but find Brad’s to be the best for finer finishes, patio peace and helpful support team. See you in 2027!

This property is fabulous! Really, from top to bottom! It is exactly as photographed (which is not always the case!) The condo is fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms have plenty of linens, and there are so many little extras available to guests. Every space was VERY comfortable. The outdoor living space, complete with the most beautiful views, is where we “lived”. We are a family of 6, all adults, and we couldn’t have been happier at any other property. The grounds are very pretty, the pools are great, and you will feel very safe with all of the secured areas and security. The location is good, some walkable cafes, a restaurant, bars and convenience stores. Communication with the owners was consistent and responsive. We will stay here again when visiting Cabo!

Condo was fabulous Perfect location for all the activities we had planned in San Jose. Would stay again. Minor hiccups - condo did not have paper towels but the condo manager brought some to us- so no issue Kitchen had random small ants. Nothing that was an issue but just more annoying Both the VRBO host, Brad and the condo manager had amazing communication and helped us plan some Of our activities around the around and restaurant picks.

Property is as nice as it looks in the pictures. Quiet property, we often had the pools to ourselves. Five minute drive to the beach at Palmilla.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family stayed here for our Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect. We are a family of four and the condo had more than enough space for us to spread out and relax. The place was exactly as listed (even exceeded expectations). We spent ample time on the balcony relaxing and watching the waves. We had a lovely dinner in the formal dining area. Absolutely no complaints. It was seamless. We hope to be back!

Spectacular place!!

Wow, this gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations. It's beautifully furnished & solidly built, so each of our three couples felt we had great privacy. The artwork and decor are stunning, perfect for this vibe. The amenities provided were amazing - from binoculars sitting out for whale watching from the expansive deck, to ALL the kitchen & comfort things you could need (coolers, coffee makers, Stanley cups to take beverages down to the pool, blender, juicers, some food/seasoning staples, etc...) The wrap around deck is the HIGHLIGHT of the condo - with comfy built in seating, along with outdoor dining, a working grill, chaise lounges, and a whole outside living room couch set up. we lived out there as much as we could! Sunrises and sunset views from here are spectacular! Location was perfect - easy to get Ubers for a quick drive into San Jose but also walkable which was delightful. Mamma Mia restaurant right next door on the beach made it easy for anyone to walk over for a meal or drinks, along with delicious options a little further beach walk the other direction (Pescadito Break had delicious food & drink, plus Zippers). Sardina Cantina on the street side was also great, in easy walking distance. The condo complex is perfect size - friendly and helpful security folks, along with year round condo owners who were friendly and welcoming. Two pools and a hot tub, and plenty of lounges available every day we went down to bask in sun poolside. PERFECT LUX VACATION!

When we arrived, the property manager was not there to meet us. The place hadn’t been clean from the people before we lost a whole day of vacation because they tried cleaning it that night when we were there and then had to come back the next day property was still extremely dirty. Owner tried to blame it on the property manager but property manager showed us their phone and the owner never notified them just a really bad situation.

So relaxing!

We had a great time. The view was absolutely spectacular. The condo was beautiful, clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 6. The condo and balcony were even larger than I expected. The security and groundskeepers were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a single issue our entire trip so I didn’t need to contact the property manager but I got the sense from his welcome email that he was easily accessible. Getting around was simple. We used Ubers to get into downtown which was only 7 mins and a few dollars. I’m already planning our next trip to come back. Thank you!!!

Amazing beautiful condo with HUGE decks with views

The condo is better than in pictures. So much space, perfectly clean, huge balconies on every side with plenty of space to spread out. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful beach property

The condo is gorgeous. The beach is expansive and quiet for the most part. The restaurant down the beach does have a band but they quit early. The only issue we had was that the driveway entrance and exit to El Zalate requires a courageous driver!

Beautiful Cabo

Property is in sought after area of Los Cabos-El Zalate, where we have stayed at before. The condo was spacious and comfortable for up to 6 people. The wrap around patio was our favorite part🌞

Beautiful unit, but not a penthouse

This is a beautiful, well furnished condo in a fabulous building and location, however, it is NOT a penthouse. It is located on the third floor of a six story building. The home was spacious and furnished with nice, comfortable furniture and amenities. The views from the patio looking out over the ocean were phenomenal! Loved doing my morning yoga on the patio watching the sunrise over the sea of cortez. The property manager was quick to respond. Everything about this property was lovely except that it is not a penthouse. There was a minor amount of noise from the unit above, but the walls were very solid and we rarely heard our neighbors. We would definitely stay here again. I would've given it 5 stars, but it was disappointing that the listing says penthouse, when it is not. It is a spectacular unit and I highly recommend it.

Stunning!!

This listing is 100% accurate and then some! Really pictures don’t do this place justice to how spacious it is and the views are unbelievable! Highly recommend this location to anyone in search of a spacious place! Having the charming little restaurant Mama Mia’s within a short walking distance in the sand from the unit was Also a plus to our stay! Had a wonderful time!

Great stay at El Zalate

This property is beautiful and centrally located. Everyone we met was beyond friendly and helpful. Great communication with the owner & property manager. Views are great, pool area is outstanding. We knew the beach wasn't "swimable" but it was gorgeous and we walked the beach every day. Mama Mia's and Zipper's are beach bars, Mama Mia's is right next door, and they are great!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay - great beachfront location. The property manager was quite responsive with a few minor issues/questions. The patio is absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed the views both morning and evening. I would stay here again.

A truly 5-star experience

This condo is a large indoor andn outdoor living space with unparallelled and unobstructed ocean views, framed dramatically by palm trees. Steps away from pool, sand and surf (direct beach is not swimmable due to high currents), it is only a few miles from stunning beaches like Chilleno, Palmilla and Santa Maria. Condo was laid out for group fun and couple privacy, with 3 large bedrooms (a huge master) and 3 dedicated bathrooms. Well stocked and owner and manager were highly responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

At first check in we thought to ourselves, "How could it get any better", but then the more we looked and the deeper we dug into the condo we kept saying "OMG this place is amazing" the master suite is Huge with an office and patio. We really enjoyed the big and well thought out kitchen. We did most breakfast and lunches at the condo. The comfortable dining and living room area were perfect in the mornings while the sun was on the patio. The pool and grounds are well kept and tidy. This is not a resort, but a private condo. Things are quiet and chill. The location is perfect for downtown San Jose. There are awesome grocery stores close by. The drive to the Cabo Marina for Sportfishing was about 25 min. Overall we loved this place and would return in a heartbeat. Enjoy
