This charming home is fully fenced and gated for privacy, just across the street from the beach, featuring a spacious outdoor living area, pool/hottub and plenty of seating for family gatherings. Location, location, location! Steps from the sand and a short stroll to the famous Luquillo Kiosks. 10 mins to ElYunque rainforest, 11 miles to a bright Bioluminescent Bay, 10 mins to the Vieques & Culebra ferry, and 40 mins to San Juan & the airport. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.

While there’s plenty to enjoy within walking distance, we highly recommend renting a car to fully explore Puerto Rico’s incredible sights and experiences. Our property is ideally located, with many of the island’s top attractions just a short drive away.

The neighborhood is safe and vibrant, filled with a variety of restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and lively nightlife. You might even catch the sound of music drifting through the air as you explore—there’s truly something for everyone here.

The property is fully enclosed with secure walls and gates, ensuring your privacy and safety throughout your stay. You’ll also have access to a spacious parking area, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. For added convenience, there’s a separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

The house has plenty of room and bathrooms. We had six people so each of us had our own bed. It was a short walk to the beach with no lifeguards or a quick drive to the beach with lifeguards, chair and umbrella rentals, and food kiosks. The pool and hot tub were great to have. We used them every day. Close to El Yunque Rainforest that is a must see. The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. They had recommended a little beach bar not far from the house that we enjoyed, but only got there one day of our trip. The house was well stocked with towels and items to get us started. Walmart was close by in Fajardo where we shopped for food items. Overall a great trip!

Perfectly located house for what we planned on doing. TONS of restaurants including the kiosks that are minutes away or even walking distance. Very clean and very comfy beds with pretty much any amenity we could need. The few issues we had our host was immediate to respond and attempt to fix. 10

Overall we had a great stay. The location is central to excursions and beaches. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciated the number of beds and space. The property could use some upkeep such as the AC is the living room is very loud and there is very little water pressure in the showers. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Subtly Beautiful. The home fit very comfortably for our young crew. Close proximity to beaches and the strip worked like a charm and the host were quick to respond and thorough in listening and following thru. We had so much fun that my wife asked that We want to be your neighbor. Thank you for making our Puerto Rico Adventure work like a charm.
