walking distance from the beach.
Adjacent to a mid-century style home, the apartment has been fully renovated, and
decorated in a modern, yet cozy style. Its great natural light and the unique decorative
accents make this vacation home feel bright and charming.
Situated in the highly coveted Santa Teresita neighborhood, it is just a short five-minute
walk from the beach.
The space
The bedroom and common area have fans as well as new and efficient AC units, to better suit your needs. The bedroom includes a comfortable mattress and is dressed in soft cotton liners and a comforter.

The bathroom has a chic industrial look with carefully selected details. A set of soft cotton towels will be provided per guests as well has shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soap for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, a coffeemaker, toaster and a microwave. Also, a Britta water jug is provided and will save you from carrying water bottles and help us protect the environment from unnecessary waste.

The outdoor area is a shared space with 2 other units that make up the complex. It includes a BBQ and a lounge area where you can spend a relaxing afternoon.

There are beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

The house comes equipped with WiFi, a smart TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, BBQ, and other amenities for your convenience. There are also some dominos and card games for your enjoyment as well.

As Puerto Rico’s electrical system can be irregular, the complex also has an emergency generator that can run all basic amenities including the fans, refrigerator, and the kitchen. The unit also has a water cistern.

Other things to note
The house includes 2 additional yet separate units, so you may have neighbors in the complex during your stay. It is important to be mindful of each other’s needs and ready to share the outer amenities like the BBQ and the lounge area. This also provides a great opportunity to meet other travelers and share experiences of your visit to the island.
