"Accogliente, pulito. Spazi belli anche all'aperto "

"Sicuramente la delusione più grande è stata non avere la camera alle 16.30 … avremmo dovuto aspettare che qualcuno andasse ad unire i letti per fare un unico letto matrimoniale, ma non si sapeva a che ora sarebbe stato fatto !!! In piscina tutti i cuscini erano bagnati. Fradici una struttura del genere dovrebbe avere più accortezze nei confronti dei suoi clienti. La colazione non aveva marmellate. Non c’erano brioche a parte dei mini croissant e dei mini pan au chocolat. Sicuramente la gestione precedente NH 10 era molto ma molto più curata non credo di tornare in questo hotel, anche se la posizione è ottima."

"Struttura nuova, grand suite molto ampia e confortevole. Vista discreta, il mare non è vicinissimo. Il ristorante serve piatti con materie prime eccellenti e ha il personale cordiale e presente. Alcuni dettagli da migliorare: cura del Cllente da parte del front Office non è da hotel 4 stelle. Albergo molto indicato per clientela nordeuropea. "

"I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. Good point is the location, the view and the pool which is clean "
