“The property was perfect for our needs. Check in was simple, everything was clean, organized and easy to find in the house. The listing did not indicate that this is part of a four unit complex (on the ground level) but the neighbors were quiet and didn't disturb us. We never did find easy walking access to the beach, however there are several beaches within a short driving distance so we were still able to enjoy some ocean time. “We had a wonderful mini vacation at your place , and it’s true about falling asleep to the sound of the waves . We kept the windows open at night to listen to the ocean”

“Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent.”
