Please let host know your arrival time as soon as possible. This is a 25 foot fully customized unit. There is electric for lights and tv or fan (dyson) or a/c, heat The restroom is camp out building rainwater flush. You are welcome to have an emer gency indoor unit we can provide. This is the simple camp toilet. Water is in a portable 5 gal store bought dispenser . This is simplicity and not glamping. You can bring your own camp stove or use our 2 burner stove for small meals and coffee. Small dorm fridge is perfect for drinks or food. The bed is a 6" foam single mattress. I will be adding photos. The second bed is a futon (new). Most campers prefer to bring their own bedding. We do not charge a cleaning fee but all bedding is clean/laundered. If you have any question feel free to reach out.
