Questa gemma del Texas Hill Country è situata su 6 acri appartati a pochi minuti da San Marcos e dalla Texas State University. Invita la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici a unirti a te in questa proprietà unica, immersa in imponenti querce con un ponte di dimensioni texane che offre alcune delle migliori viste sulle colline del paese. Costruito per intrattenere grandi folle, la casa dispone di 4 camere da letto con 3 letti king size e 1 letto matrimoniale. Inoltre, ci sono 2 divani estraibili che offrono un sacco di spazio per dormire per la famiglia e gli amici. Sono inclusi anche 3 bagni completi, camera familiare con camino enorme, studio / den, cucina con angolo colazione e sala da pranzo formale e un sacco di parcheggio per tutti. L'acqua fornita alla casa proviene da un pozzo filtrato proveniente dalla falda di Edward.

    - Il Circuito dell'America Race Track è a sole 30 miglia a nord-est

    Troviamo la maggior parte delle persone che arrivano alla casa invitante nel suo ambiente tranquillo e vogliono solo stare a casa e divertirsi a fare ricordi con la famiglia e gli amici nell'ambiente della House on Cox Hill. Non abbiamo molte regole ma qui ci sono i must: deve avere almeno 25 anni per essere affittato. Non deve avere più di 16 ospiti in qualsiasi momento. Non fumare in casa. Deve avere un grande momento e chiamaci se possiamo fare qualsiasi cosa per rendere il vostro soggiorno memorabile e confortevole.

Great house with of bedrooms for 4 couples. Close to wedding venue for our family to enjoy the wedding and have a relaxing home to stay. Enjoyed the sunrise from the porch and outdoor propane fire pit!

Kitchen was fully equipped, it was nice having 2 refrigerators & freezers. We used one for drinks & ice & the other for food. Loved the huge patio and spent most of our time outside since the weather was so nice.

Located in a nice peaceful area. Front porch has beautiful scenery! Bring fans if you like to be cooler in the heat of summer. Suggestion maybe turn down the A/C for renters before they arrive. The heat in the house was over 80 degrees and took over 3 to 4 hours until it cooled down. No ice machine so pick up ice before you arrive.

Huge house. Large beds. Spacious rooms. VERY clean. Two large dining tables. Beautiful, quiet property, wonderfully large deck with a nice view for peaceful sunrises and hanging out with family. Ok, so what are the cons? I feel like they are all very minor but I'll mention it so you have the goods and the bads. Two of the beds are very firm. Two are soft. A few of the lights have shorts or something because the flicker or you have to flip the switch into just the right spot to get the light to stay on. There is a trash compactor in the kitchen that is a little too small for big family gatherings or very possibly I just down know how to use it. In the end I feel like I'm trying really hard to find any negatives, because this place overall was awesome! One of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

Great retreat to reconnect with our son

Came to visit our TXST freshman. Close proximity to campus, yet still out in the country feel. Great back deck for conversation. Well stocked kitchen. Such cool metal art all round the property.

We have rented Scott and family's ranch home probably about 6 times now and they have been consistently friendly, helpful, they leave you to your sovereignty unless you contact them for something and if so, respond super fast. They just seem like salt of the earth nice, friendly people. The home and property is peaceful, spacious, and has been very accommodating / perfect for our small yoga retreats where we have both fly-ins and locals joining us. The property manager who is ONLY helpful and nice/kind as well is entirely non-invasive! She is actually a big help sometimes with deliveries and advice about the area. Everyone that has ever come to our small / clean and green peaceful events has always loved the place as well so now you have about 30 great reviews behind mine! I have really appreciated having the consistency of this rental and the accommodating nature of these warm folks consistent as well! Higly recommended!

Great house lots of space. Needs a clean or new carpet in the upstairs room. Very musty smell but a filter was brought in and helped. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying there again.

Scott's home was the perfect place for our yoga/cleanse retreat! We had a huge patio overlooking trees, trees, trees of Texas Hill Country (no houses), lot of room and space both outside and inside the home. Big kitchen with two dining areas and an island. The master bedrooms w/ private bath were perfect. The home also has a great "vibe".. simply peaceful and serene. The trees that are scattered throughout the property do wonderful things to the sunlight. And Scott himself is a great host. He responds quickly, and is obviously interested in his guests having a great vacation! The place was well stocked with everything we needed as well!

You step in the home and you are stepping into your grandma's house! It's a beautiful home that has aged well. There are other homes on the property, but still very private. They have the home week stocked and there is plenty of space for at least 12. Very convenient to San Marcos, University, stores and restaurants.

Excellent Gathering

Property is really comfortable with vast space and good equipment in kitchen and outdoor deck. Furniture is something dated but works with the country state style. Parking space needs improvements and asphalt entrance can be improved. Place is very good for groups of family and friends and not far from San Marcos. We had a good experience and will return in a near future.

Charming!

Cox Hill House was cozy, clean, spacious and relaxing! We came to visit my daughter and brought our dog too! All the rooms were big including the living room where we enjoyed visiting and watching a movie. I love that there were two tables- one which we ate at and the other played a game. My favorite part was sitting on the hanging swing with my daughter while the dog trotted around freely. Memories were made!
