Charming holiday house surrounded by vineyards 60km from Barcelona for groups

Cal Colina has 5 spacious rooms (and a sofa bed in the library). This offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 12 people with additional space for accompanying babies and young children. As a welcome guest, you can enjoy a spacious garden which, because of its orientation, offers our vacationers complete privacy. There is an inviting swimming pool with outdoor shower. The sunny terrace is of course equipped with the necessary loungers. There is also a lawn, an outdoor kitchen and a spacious covered outdoor area. This canopy was equipped with ceiling fans for those balmy summer evenings.
The orchard with panoramic hillside, vines, olive and fruit trees is accessible to our guests.
There is a spacious living room, a cozy library/TV room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, we provide board games, toys, a ping pong and foosball table and an outdoor trampoline. Our guests also have access to a fully enclosed parking lot with carport. In addition, we have two charging stations for electric vehicle.

The number of rooms and the specific layout of the guest house makes Cal Colina extremely suitable for family vacations (such as families traveling together or a family of several generations), but also other guests

are of course more than welcome.

This house is furnished with great care and does not lend itself to youth groups, bachelor or student parties.

Pets are not allowed either. All indoor areas of our vacation home are also completely non-smoking.

The Penedès region is of course known as a wine region par excellence. But also typical of the surrounding villages is the presence of very old country houses and farms (masias), some of which have their origins even in the Middle Ages. Many were handed down from generation to generation.

These farms and mansions are therefore listed as valuable heritage and many are protected.



You will find Cal Colina within the boundaries of Barri La Torre, a very quiet hamlet of Sant Martí Sarroca. La Torre is located about halfway between the village center of Sant Martí Sarroca and the neighboring town of Vilafranca del Penedès. From our country house you can reach this capital of the Penedès region in only 10 minutes by car. Here you will of course find all the necessary amenities. In the same time you reach the AP-7 freeway for all movements towards the north or south. Moreover, Cal Colina guarantees easy access to numerous beaches on the Costa Dorada and the lively Sitges (all reachable after a drive of barely 30 minutes). A car or train ride (from the station of Vilafranca del Penedès) will then take you to Barcelona in less than one hour.
