“Very clean inside and had sufficient fans to handle the outside heat. Very nice backyard including great setup for dogs. Close to town and to the interstate.”

“Is was a great stay my recommendation is there needs to be a dining table it sleeps six but six people can’t sit down & have a meal since there was only a small table with three bar stools and no bar stools for the bar. ”

“The interior of the house was very nice. Great new appliances, sinks, toilets, countertop, washer and dryer, etc. Nice patio and dock. Didn't catch anything, but was very relaxing and if one catches fish, it's all set up to clean it. It's very quiet. The water pressure wasn't ideal. The only minor thing was that there weren't any dishwasher pods, so I had to wash everything by hand. And the silverware was pretty dirty as well as the organizer. And the bottom of the trash can too. ”

“My son and I on a 3-day fishing trip on the St Johns River. Never had any contact with the host; and it turns out we didn't need any. Instructions were clear. We walked in and the place was all ready for us. Clean. Nicely remodeled older small home on the river. Great dock. Our Gheenoe cosied up nicely for the night. A friendly neighbor gave us great fishing tips. ”
