“The photos online were deceiving. The bed sheets had long hair and stains what makes me believe that they were not changing. The shower was another deal the sink was inside the shower, so it got all wet. The toilet had is on story was off center so while seating you hit your lees on the wall. The room was so small I felt claustrophobic. Nobody after hours and you call the emergency number and goes to voicemail. So I would not recommend this place. ”

“Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities.
Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva).
Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable.
If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day.”

“Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points.
