Settimana dal 30/12 al 06/01, quindi mare in pieno inverno. Opinioni senz'altro positive. Appartamento pulito, spazioso, ben arredato dove siamo stati comodamente in 5. Gode di ottima posizione rispetto al mare, alle terme e a molti esercizi commerciali. Il gentilissimo e sempre disponibile proprietario, sig. Michele, mette a disposizione le proprie biciclette per poter godere al massimo sia della bellissima spiaggia di Bibione sia della pista ciclabile di cui la cittadina è fornita per diversi chilometri fronte spiaggia. Nulla da eccepire. Consigliato per una vacanza invernale alternativa e rilassante. Se i tempi lo permetteranno sarebbe bello tornarci anche nel periodo migliore per questa località, ovvero in estate.

Es war ein toller und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung. Von Puncakes bis hin zu Smoothie alles machbar, denn es ist alles notwendige vorhanden! Die Lage war sehr gut. Zentrumnah und doch ganz ruhig und toll zum erholen. Das Zentrum ist in 10-15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist in 4-5 Minuten (ebenfalls Fußläufig) entfernt. Die Kommunikation war sowohl vor, während als auch nach der Abreise einwandfrei und freundlich. Wir hatten leider etwas im Haus nach der Abreise vergessen und Sara hat uns zur Seite gestanden und sich schnell und zuvorkommend um den Versand an uns gekümmert! Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Und den tollen und sorglosen Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!! :-)

Wonderful House at a great location

We (Family with 4 Kids) enjoyed a great week at Bibione. The house is very clean and has a modern enterior. You find everything you need for a great vacation. The swimming Pool as well as the area are well maintained. Especially the Bikes are helpful to explore the area. Check-in was very convenient.100% recommendation

Very well equipped, in a quite area, surrounded by a lot of trees. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Very good contact with local agency, followed up on their customers, via WhatsApp. Good bakery and good restaurants in neighbourhood. Ideal for a beach holiday.

Schöne Unterkunft und schöne Lage

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Bibione und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos. Wir erhielten alle wichtigen Infos zum Check-In (der aufgrund vor Ort hinterlegter Schlüssel jederzeit möglich war). Auch während des Urlaubs erhielten wir Tipps und Infos und konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an Sara wenden. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar (10-15 Min). Auch das Zentrum von Bibione ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (~20 min.). Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Vom Toaster bis zu Kerzen und Waschmittel... Das Bad ist etwas eng, aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit Terasse super geeignet, um auszuspannen!

Perfekter Strandurlaub in Orange

Der Check-In war problemfrei möglich. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Man betritt das Haus direkt in der Küche. Hier ist quasi alles vorhanden. Leider war das Geschirr von den Vormietern nicht immer einwandfrei gespült worden. Die Küche ist landestypisch sehr klein. Zu zweit sollte man sich dort nicht aufhalten. Ablagefläche für Schuhe und Jacken gibt es leider nicht. Der Wohnbereich ist wie auf den Bildern. Das Sofa ist gemütlich, allerdings für mehr als 3 Erwachsene einfach zu klein^. Unterm Sofa lag viel Staub. Sonst war alles sauber. Es sind viele Spiele vorhanden. Der Fernseher hat alle gängigen deutschen Sender eingespeichert. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Toilette, Bidet, Waschbecken und Dusche. Ablagefläche ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Dusche ist recht klein, aber ausreichend. Der Duschkopf ist neu. Die Duschkabine ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Über die Treppe (die relativ laut knarckst) geht es nach oben. Dort sind die 2 Schlafzimmer. Das Elternschlafz. ist hell und groß. Das Bett war 1,60 m. Also völlig ausreichend zu zweit. Die Schränke waren alle sauber und boten genügend Platz. Das Kinderz. war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ziemlich schmal und dunkel. Die Metallbetten knarcksen leider auch sehr laut. Elektrische Rolläden gibt es überall. Der Pool ist fade. Brauchten wir nicht. Fahrräder und Grill haben wir nicht genutzt. Zur City braucht man 20 Min zu Fuß, zum Strand rd. 7. Restaurants gibt es in 5 Min zu Fuß.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist klein und überschaubar, für unsere 7 köpfige Familie war es teilweise etwas eng aber es war okay. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter Fußweg, die selbst die kleineren problemlos gemeistert haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/in war immer schnell und problemlos 👍

Kann man wiederholen

GUT Wie angegeben war wirklich ALLES in der Küche vorhanden + Willkommensgetränk. Betten gut ( Achtung ! 1x schmales Doppelbett und 2x2 Stockbetten ) Die zum FH gehörenden Fahrräder sind allerdings eine Katastrophe : alt, verrostet und die Reifen sehr porös, der Sattel nicht verstellbar, also unbequem und ungepflegt. Neue im Laden vor Ort kosten ca. 250 €, da könnte man den Mietern eine Freude mit machen. Der Pool der Anlage wird komplett von Kindern besetzt und die Häuser sind eng beieinander, bei nächtlichen Treffen auf der Terrasse hört man jedes Wort, oder zumindest laute Stimmen.

Perfekter Urlaub

2 Wochen Urlaub mit Kleinkind und doch zu kurz :-) Sara, Francesco und Michele haben für eine perfekten Start und Check-in gesorgt. Das Haus ist super und alles vorhanden was man eben so für eine Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier. Mit dem Rad hat man in kurzer Zeit frische Brötchen, Pizza oder Einkauf auf dem Tisch :-) Nebenbei bekommt man noch Infos wann Markttage sind, oder Fragen werden beantwortet. Der Pool ist super und das Meer nicht weit weck. Kurzum: Wir haben es sehr genossen und nichts vermisst :-) Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Zeit!!

Bibione im Februar - gut versorgt

Wir wurden von Sara und Francesco sehr freundlich empfangen und auch zwischenzeitlich betreut, die vorherige Absprache via WhatsApp problemlos. Das Haus wurde uns blitzsauber übergeben und entspricht insgesamt genau den Fotos, allerdings ist die gesamte Siedlung inmitten hoher Pinien und der Jahreszeit (Februar) entsprechend kahl. Wer es orange mag, wird bis hin zum Gummimambo und Fahrradkorb mit viel Liebe zum Detail versorgt! Die Küchenausstattung ist so ziemlich durchgehend wie das Mobiliar von IKEA. Die Matratzen waren prima, und die Heizung schafft zusammen mit dem Pelletsofen eine zwar ziemlich geräuschvolle, aber wohlige Wärme, die wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch brauchten! TV und WiFi haben sehr gut funktioniert wie eigentlich alles. Wer die Ruhe und den morbiden Charme von Bibione im Februar schätzt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!
