The positives :The terrace is amazing - it is huge, private with lovely sea views.The bed was comfortable.The apartment was clean on our arrival.Communication with the hosts was good - all messages responded to quickly.The negatives :Decor is very tired with stains on the wall & ceiling and the paint was dirty looking - which although the apartment had been cleaned, gave the impression of it being grubby - it would hugely benefit from a fresh coat of paint.The towels were old & worn and not what you expect from a rental apartment. The spare pillows were also old & age stained. The bathroom needs refreshed - there was no shower curtain as the pole had either been taken or had fallen down & not replaced which meant the water sprayed out onto the floor. As the bathroom is built into the eaves of the roof, the ceilings slope which make it difficult for taller people to shower - my recommendation is to remove the bath, which shows signs of age, & replace with a walk in shower. There was no drawer space - only a metal shelve unit (which had the spare pillows on it) a metal clothes pole with only 5 hangers. Therefore we had to keep our clothes in the cases all week - which is not an ideal holiday scenario.There were no bedside tables therefore everything had to be left on the floor at the side of the bed.The wifi was problematic until a new router was provided.It is a shame because the photos looked lovely and the apartment could be with a few easy fixes.
