Hygge House with a Balcony Overlooking the Ocean and the Golf Course

This unique accommodation has a personality all its own. Set in a peaceful setting, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with an elegant design intended to offer our guests the utmost comfort. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 3 people. From the terrace, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, with views of the ocean and Mount Teide. The nearest beaches are currently unavailable, but work is underway to improve them.

It features a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a safe for storing valuables. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes, etc.
The living room features a smart TV and opens onto the terrace, offering views of the ocean, Mount Teide, and the golf courses.
The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer, and all essential amenities.

The complex offers various amenities, including a heated pool, playground, bar/restaurant, and pool table. Just outside the complex, you’ll also find bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, a few shops, a hair salon, and a pharmacy. It is surrounded by the best golf courses in Tenerife.

I will always be in contact and available to my guests, anticipating their needs and making their stay the best it can be. Upon prior request at the time of booking, we can arrange anniversary surprises, romantic baths, or birthday celebrations to be ready for you upon arrival.
We are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

There are several bars and restaurants in the area, as well as two supermarkets: Coviran and Dialprix. There is a pharmacy and a medical clinic. It is a very quiet area, even at night.

Please note that we are a self-check-in property; there is no guarantee that our property manager will be available or present upon your arrival.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.; you will be provided with the code for the key box on the morning of your arrival.Complimentary water and toilet paper will be provided for your stay.
There is no private parking within the complex; street parking is available and free of charge. We are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
When making a reservation, the guest must provide the information requested by the host that is necessary for check-in. Parties and smoking indoors are not permitted, and pets are not allowed. You may not hang laundry outside the terrace; please use the clothesline. Do not touch the items stored under the sofa. We provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and complimentary olive oil and vinegar for a few uses.
