“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

Dopo la prima notte non sono state rifatte le stanze, sono riuscito solamente a farmi dare nuovi asciugamani. Colazione pessima. Personale scortese.

“All’arrivo la struttura è molto bella, maestosa, ci si aspetta lo stesso dalle camere,in realtà non è proprio così, le stanze andrebbero sistemate un pochino meglio nei particolari(poteva valigie rotto, cestino rotto, rubinetto nella vasca rotto). La colazione molto buona e varia, la piscina altrettanto ma ho trovato estremamente assurdo per una catena di questo calibro rientrare in camera e trovare il bagno ancora sporco con capelli a terra, asciugamani parzialmente cambiati, bicchieri sporchi...
