The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch. “Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

“Elevator needs serviced. It took more than 5 minutes for me the other day to go from the third floor to the first floor. I was in panic mode the entire time afraid if was going to stop between floors. Would my work believe it if I was late for work? I take the stairs 100% of the time now!”

“Booked a room with 2 queen beds. After checking in the room found out we got two full size, not even two queen beds. Breakfast was good, everything else is very average.”

“Nice property, staff friendly. Was disappointed with breakfast, long waits for replacement foods and beverages like pancakes, potatoes, coffee, milk. Also was shortage of staff to service needs. Only saw 1 person on duty 4 days in row. If you are going to offer it, do it right. Check in was a long process too!”
