“Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible...

“We had the 2nd level corner suite with a partial view of the ocean. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The grounds staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. ”

“The resort itself was wonderful- tropical, beautifully maintained. Our suite was spacious, clean, well appointed and had an awesome view. Staff was indifferent- front desk wasn’t overly helpful nor were people in the dive shop. We did have a great server at the restaurant and our guide on our snorkel trip, Carlos, was awesome! The pool and surrounding area was very nice. The beach was an unfortunately affected by all the sargassum. The staff worked diligently at cleaning it up though. ”

É un hôtel piuttosto piccolo, in cui il personale ci tiene a « conoscere » personalmente ogni singolo ospite, creando quindi un ambiente familiare che ci é piaciuto molto. In quanto utenti gold avevamo la colazione inclusa; la colazione é alla carta, il menu é vasto, il cibo ottimo, abbiamo scelto cose diverse ogni giorno.
