We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing.. The key standout of this hotel were the staff, every single one of them were amazing. They all went that extra step to make our stay 5 stars..The customer care was top notch so I would like...

“La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y las ventanas dan al extractor de humos de la cocina del establecimiento y no podíamos abriarlas porque se quedaba la habitacion oliendo a comida. Deberian de colocar una mampara en la ducha y quitar esas cortinas tan poco útiles que dificultan el uso de la ducha”
