“A wonderful experience. I wish I could remember the name of the clerk who helped me and my daughters when we arrived. He was truly one of the nicest customer service representatives I have ever met. He gave us cookies, allowed a family to eat breakfast food because local restaurants were closed, and personally walked us to the our room. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend that anyone visiting San Simeon stay at the Quality Inn. A 10/10.”
