“Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer. Leaving at 8.30a.m., nobody on reception dedk; card with only telephone number. All in all not bad, but also not really good. Very limited service. But there's a rooftop bar with...

“The room was nice. It did smell of smoke though. Hotel name was actually in Vietnamese and not “White Lotus” so it was a little difficult to find”

“Great stay at great hotel. Nothing to complain about. Room was quiet and clean, soft bed, all electronics were working. The location is not central but we wanted a quiet street and this is what we got. Secured parking for our bikes. Best chicken pho I had in Vietnam in 3 weeks was at their breakfast. Good job!”
