“Good and relaxing stay”

“Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options, fruit options like bananas would be nice as well.”

“We stayed here for our son’s graduation and will never stay at another Econo Lodge again. Rooms were very outdated, mattresses were worn, water pressure was low, and bars soap would literally shatter and front desk did not have extra. No hair dryers, coffee in the lobby was barely brown, ice maker was broken, vending machines were out of Pepsi Zero, and the smell in the rooms and hallways was nauseating.”

“The room was clean and there were several near by restaurants. They also had a decent breakfast.”

“Nice clean room, bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. One thing to note, we booked a king with sofa. The description did not say that the sofa pulled out, it said 3 person max in the room. We were a little worried about this as we have 2 boys, but when we got there we found it did pull out so was perfect for us. Description needs to be updated though. The boys loved the water slides and are already asking to go back! ”

“The restaurant, Tapps, is excellent. Might be the best restaurant in Jamestown. Breakfast was reasonable, except they ran out of yogourt and it took 2 days to get more. Hot tub also closed during our stay, we were there for 5 nights. Hotel is getting a little run down. Our biggest issue were the children running, screaming or crying outside our door from the families of staff who are living at the hotel full time. Lastly our kitchenette was extremely limited, 3 spoons, no knives or forks...

“Unloved and below Comfort Inn standards. This property is poorly maintained, with junk and liter everywhere and is worn out. Management clearly does not care and prioritizes profit while providing the least possible amount of service. This was the highest cost property we stayed in on our cross country journey with the least value of any economy stay.”

“Abbiamo speso circa 120 dollari più tasse e quando arriviamo notiamo subito che oltre a essere vecchio l'albergo è sporco! Due asciugamani erano macchiati oltre che consunti, la colazione scarsa e la sala anch'essa sporca! Tutto era unto e macchiato dalle porte al mobilio. ”
