“Get your key system fixed. We were locked out of our room the morning of check out. This is the second time this has happened in our last two stays. The door key had to be reset both times. This is just unbelievable now of days with the advancement in technology. ”

“The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...

“Checked in and the room had not been properly cleaned. Hair in several places in the bathroom, tub was filthy. Was not stocked with any soap, washcloths or towels.The bathroom was as far as I got with the inspection and I requested to be moved. Staff placed us in another room and it was no better. Floor was filthy with crumbs of food and tags from clothing. Left over food in the fridge.
