A 500 bond is to be paid in full with your final payment, this bond will be refunded within 7 to 10 days after vacating.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.

There was advanced mould in the shower and also in the bathroom basin. No shower caddy. Bathroom not cleaned - dust and dirt everywhere. No toilet paper. No bathmat. Fans very dirty. Waste bin putrid. Numerous stains on lounge and on some chairs. No waste bin liners. Missing smoke detector at rear. Ants in the kitchen. Range hood on cooker filthy with grease. Outside yard in need of mowing and cleaning up. Front stairway metal struts severely corroded. Under no circumstances can we recommend this property.

Tired and not so clean

Disappointed that the property wasn't as clean as expected. We couldn't tell if the bed linen had been changed because it was wrinked, the pillow's did not smell clean and at one point I was questioning myself whether it was me or the pillow. There is a lot of dust and debris under the bed and bedside tables, I didn't check under the couch; the couch itself could do with a good steam clean. The kitchen was in good order and had plenty of utensils, crockery and cookware. The laundry is old but functional. The shower is small and dirty and has no shelf or soap dish, generally the bathroom was unclean; stained toilet, mould in the shower and window sill had not been wiped down for who knows how long. Overall the property is old and tired and requires some maintenance and a good clean to bring it back up to standard. ' We left a day early than we paid for because we could not wait to get get home and sleep in our own clean and comfortable house.

Hot water out twice in two days Mice in the kitchen Wrong part of town with domestics sporadically through the night. Flyscreen doors broken and smashing through the night Light film of dirt throughout house

Clean and good location

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and also provided basic provisions which helps immensely (salt, oil, tea/coffee). The kitchen had good options for cooking, beds are comfortable. It was perfect for a family holiday.
