Un ampio giardino erboso conduce fino al bordo del lago, dove è ideale nuotare per i bambini, pesca splendida, vela, canottaggio, kayak, canoa, gamberi e windsurf.
Il cottage ha l'ulteriore vantaggio che non ci sono altri residenti - avete l'intera proprietà per voi. Hai PRIVACY.

La veranda posteriore si affaccia a ovest, con vista sul lago - un luogo ideale per ammirare gli spettacolari TRAMONTI.
Che bella prospettiva per godersi un barbecue!

Il cottage ha una camera matrimoniale con una regina.
Ha anche una seconda camera da letto con due letti singoli.
Il piano terra della terza camera da letto è una seconda zona soggiorno ideale con un letto matrimoniale + una singola + un salotto, TV e DVD.
La quarta camera da letto ha un letto singolo e un salotto. Queste camere hanno accesso al bagno interno che è nella lavanderia e non sono dotate di aria condizionata. Di solito hanno sempre una temperatura molto mite in quanto catturano le brezze da ogni direzione.

È dipinta di fresco e ha una nuova cucina - lavastoviglie, piano cottura / forno, frigorifero, forno a microonde.
Ha un secondo bagno / lavanderia al piano di sotto - vanità, doccia e servizi igienici. Il bagno al piano di sopra ha una doccia, lavabo e servizi igienici.
C'è anche la bella toilette esterna australiana nel giardino sul retro - 3 bagni in totale! E una doccia esterna.

Il cottage è vicino a molti altri servizi - ristoranti, Country Club, campi da golf, campi da tennis, noleggio barche, noleggio biciclette, rampe per barche, parchi nazionali e marini, charter di pesca e immersioni, crociere balene e delfini, cantine, musei aerei e navali e Shoalhaven ZOO.

Lovely slice of paradise

Great house on a fully fenced property. Loved that we were able to put our kayaks into St George's Basin right from the rear garden. Lots of roos and birdlife! Really well appointed kitchen. Host communicated well too. Loved it here!

Amazing Sunsets!

We had a wonderful time as a family at this property. Lovely sized back garden for our two cavoodles and teenagers! We Ben saw a bandicoot and kangaroos. We paddle boarded straight out from the property . We took amazing sunset photos of St George’s basin. All up a lovely stay !!

Great House , Fabulous View ! !

Immaculately clean well maintained home, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, large level fully fenced yard kept my dogs in & the kangaroos out. (I didn’t want my dogs chasing the Roos) Fabulous full length balcony to sit and admire the STUNNING VIEW over the Bay, the sunsets are gorgeous. My dogs loved walking the Basin Walk, it’s right at the back gate. Vicki was helpful with any questions. Thoroughly recommend!

A wonderful stay in paradise

Paradise Bungalow at Sanctuary Point provided us with a wonderful couple of days in paradise. Lots if rain during our stay, but we managed to do some great trips in the sailing kayaks on St Georges Basin. The large, fenced and grassy yard provided plenty of room for the trailers and to rig the kayaks. A short stroll from the gate on the waterfront reserve led to a neat grassy bank from which to launch the kayaks. The house was very clean with splendid water and bush views from the peaceful first floor veranda. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to our next opportunity to holiday in the Paradise Bungalow.

Lovely family getaway

Our family and 2 fur babies had a beautiful stay at this property, great location! Our kids loved looking over the balcony at the kangaroos that visited us during our stay. The house it self was very clean and tidy. Only downside was the weather but couldn’t be helped lol

Lovely waterfront stay

A great spot for a few friends/family to relax, enjoy the peace and glorious sunsets. The East/West orientation means you get the morning light through the kitchen window and the afternoon light through the full height lounge windows. We would stay at this house again. Our group was 3 adult couples.

Great Location and Property

Everything was fabulous. The photo online is what you see. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. The house yard and area perfect for a dog. Just a few metres away was the water, you can kayak, fish and go prawning. Lots to do in the area, we swam and scuba dived as well. Thanks Vicki

Perfect place to stay

So glad we found this place to stay.. Vicki our host was amazing from the get go and made staying there so comfortable and easy. The place is spotless and comes with all the amenities to make it a home away from home. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect accommodation for a jervis bay getaway

Paradise Bungalow was perfect for my little family with 8month old twin babies and dog for a one week stay. Beautiful views onto the perfectly still lake from the deck and huge sliding doors with fly screens for taking in the gorgeous sunset. Fully fenced deck and yard which was secure for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was spotless and very comfortable. We took our stand up paddle board out on the lake which was ankle deep for ages and was perfect for kids to splash around in. Only 10minutes from the beaches and close to shops too.

Beauty at the Basin

We recently spent almost a week at Paradise Waterfront with our two little four legged fur babies and had a wonderful time. Property was exactly as advertised, and Vicki was super helpful with all my silly questions. A great location with everything you could want either at your doorstep, an easy walk, or less than a 10 minute drive away. Oh, and the sunsets are not too shabby either. All in all a great getaway for our family. Paul

This property was as the listing described. Lovely neat little cottage in a beautiful location. Vicki was a lovely host & very easy to communicate with. Great Central Location

What an amazing few days. Weather was perfect and aircon helped. Great to have the Basin at your back doorstep to take int he great sunsets and Vincentia not even 10mins away to capture the sunrises ! Dogs loved their stay too with the lovely large fully fenced garden

We spent hours sitting on the deck looking at the view and walk along the waterfront is lovely. Vicki is friendly and was very accommodating of our late booking

We found Paradise Bungalow very well presented and totally suitable for us beachgoers and our dog. The shower on the ground level meant that we could rinse off the beach salt and sand and hang up our towels before setting foot inside. The house was very well kitted out. We were all very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The view of the water and pleasant walk along the shore all added to the value - not to mention the sunsets viewable from the lounge/dining room.My only hesitation is the A/C which worked but struggled somewhat in the peak of the summer heat.Will we come back? - Certainly!
