“Conosco molto bene questo hotel, era perfetto ma sono peggiorati tutti i servizi, non è più come prima, c’è una tale confusione nella reception, incapaci di lavorare i nuovi addetti , non risponde più a 5 stelle, un vero peccato. ”

“I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. “Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing.”
