Hotel vicino a Sandals Golf and Country Club - Gros

“I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience was extremely disappointing. The only significant advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options. Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay....

“The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

“Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing.”
