“I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. When we asked for basic amenities, staff was quick to respond. We didn’t feel we were being unreasonable in our expectations for the price...

“I arrived expecting to find a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. I did find all those. I also knew they had dining available in the lobby, but I was so surprised by the variety of items they offered and the quality. We had pre-ordered breakfast when booking the room - basically two for the price of one. We each got a "hot entree" and coffee. Starbucks coffee.
