“Everything was okey except for the noise in the hallway in the night otherwise a decent place to stay. Breakfast was good”

“The lady working the bar was very nice. Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful. People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater.”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

“After staying at this Days Inn, I will be contacting the Alleghany Board of Health. There were cockroaches, hair on our towels, the sinks wouldn't drain, the floors were dirty and sticky, the exits were all boarded up outside of one exit in the lobby, there were unsavory characters who were not guests lingering in the lobby, and the overall experience was akin to walking through a dirty NYC alley at 3am. Do not stay here at all costs.”

“Noisy Train ran directly behind property . It passed through area several times a day. Refrigerator didn’t work in my room . Staff assigned me to another room on day 2”

“amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay”
