“amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay”

“stay at this hotel was disappointing despite the staff’s attempts to assist. Shortly after checking into my first room, I encountered a roach. The front desk responded quickly and moved us to another room, but the replacement room was missing several amenities, including a bench and lamp, and the refrigerator hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival.
